I am a PhD Candidate in Operations Research and Financial Engineering at Princeton University, where I am advised by Brandon Stewart and Ronnie Sircar. My research interests include natural language processing, causal inference, and quantitative social sciences.

Previously, I completed my MA Hons in Economics and Mathematics at the University of Edinburgh, where I wrote my undergraduate thesis On the Limitations of Cryptocurrencies, examining the incentive compatibility of decentralized ledgers under the supervision of Andrew Clausen. I then completed an MPhil in Economics at Cambridge University, where I wrote my master’s thesis Exploring the Cyclical Predictability of Sector-Specific Premia under the supervision of Mark Salmon.

Between my Master’s and PhD, I worked as an Associate Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where I was mentored by former CEO and Global Chair Hans-Paul Bürkner. Recently, I have interned as a Quantitative Researcher at Balyasny Asset Management and as a Research Scientist at Meta.
